BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- 1. Availability and Rates
- Book Now Limited offers accommodation featured in hotels on its sites.
The hotels accept full responsibility for the availability of their
rooms to this website. The rates provided on Book Now Limited websites
are only available to Book Now Limited. Because of our buying power
we achieve discounts with hotels. We aim to offer the best value
at all times and strive to achieve low rates with our hotels to pass
the best value on to our customers. We monitor our prices constantly
to be as competitive as possible.
- 2. How bookings can be made
- Booking maybe made on via the following options
(1) Online Booking
(2) Booking by telephone
- 3. Credit Card is Required to Secure a Booking
- When a booking is being made valid credit card details (Mastercard /Visa/American
Express) are required in order to guarantee a reservation and for a small
deposit to be taken to secure the booking. The deposit is calculated on a
per room per night basis. All bookings are subject to credit card verification
and subsequent successful charging of the given credit card. Book Now Limited
cannot take responsibility for any incorrect information submitted. Unlike
many internet sites Book Now Limited does not require full prepayment in
most cases.A deposit is taken at the time of booking. This deposit will appear
as "Internet Book Now" on your credit card statement. The credit card details
are passed on to the hotel when a reservation is being confirmed to secure
the booking. The hotel will generally bill you the customer on departure
from the hotel and you can settle using this credit card, or alternative
means. In the case of groups, payment terms may vary, we can advise at time
of booking.
- 4. Booking Confirmation Receipt/Voucher
- Confirmation of the reservation, together with a receipt for the deposit will
be provided by Book Now Limited in the first instance by email. In exceptional
circumstances, we will fax or post (regular post) a confirmation to you based
on details supplied. When booking online, print off a copy of the booking confirmation
and bring it with you to the hotel as confirmation of booking. A copy is also
sent to your email address.
You will be required to pay the balance of the payment to the accommodation
provider when the user stays at the accommodation. You should check your bill
on checkout to ensure that the hotel has deducted the deposit from the bill.
You will be responsible for any further charges levied by the accommodation
provider.
- 5. Membership Discount Scheme
- The purpose of the scheme is to provide additional value to repeat customers by offering discounted prices based on a points system.
- The points are applicable to the individual who makes the booking and may not be transferred.
- Membership points resulting from a specific booking do not apply until after that booking has taken place.
- Points expire after 1 calendar year.
- Group bookings (4 rooms or more) are not eligible to collect points. In the event that a number of smaller bookings are made by the same person, for the same hotel and for the same dates then this shall constitute a group booking.
- Group bookings (4 rooms or more) are not eligible for discounts through the points scheme. In the event that a number of smaller bookings are made by the same person, for the same hotel and for the same dates then this shall constitute a group booking.
- Membership points are cancelled if the booking is cancelled.
- For qualifying bookings one point is given for each euro spent. The amount spend is the gross amount paid for the accommodation.
- The company reserves the absolute right to terminate this discount scheme at any time
- 6. Disclaimer
- Book Now Limited does not accept responsibility for cancellations regardless
of the circumstances under which the cancellation is made. Book Now Limited
is party to the agreement and acts, as agents only and in principal shall have
no responsibility in respect of the terms thereof, whether directly or indirectly.
Book Now Limited provides a booking service, and reserve the right to alter
any arrangements or to cancel the booking due to unforeseen circumstances.
All bookings for accommodation are made by Book Now Limited as an agent
for the establishment concerned on the understanding that they shall
not accept any liability whatsoever for any injury, loss, damage, accident
or delay caused by or in any way connected with the acts or defaults
of any company or person engaged in carrying out the bookings, or of
any proprietor or servant, or any liability whatsoever arising in any
way directly or indirectly in connection with the making of the said
booking.
- 7. Complaints
- In the case of any problem or complaint, please inform Book Now Limited at
the earliest opportunity, so that we can rectify the situation as quickly and
efficiently as possible. We can be contacted at info@booknow365.com quoting
your reference number. As a matter of course we ask customers to review their
experience by email 6 days after their arrival. A copy of your response is
sent automatically to the hotel manager.
Book Now Limited cannot accept responsibility for hotel facilities,
which are temporarily not available, are under renovation or not suited
to individual tastes and preferences. Redecoration and maintenance that
is necessary to the upkeep of the hotel may take place without prior
warning. Whilst the hotelier or supplier will endeavor to keep inconvenience
to a minimum. The effects of normal wear and tear can be expected in
a hotel and these are beyond our control. Book Now Limited cannot accept
responsibility for any disturbance or inconvenience to the client beyond
their control nor for accidents in a hotel or loss caused by management
or staff.
- 8. Accuracy of Information
- The information in the site has been obtained from the companies knowledge,
personal experience, from guides and from individual hotel brochures. Whilst
every reasonable care has been taken in compiling the information supplied
and ensuring its accuracy and compliance with consumer laws, Book Now Limited
cannot accept responsibility for any errors, omissions or miss-information
regarding accommodation facilities, prices, services, classification or any
other information in the site. Furthermore Book Now Limited does not accept
liability for any loss or damage arising there from.
- 9. Indemnification
- By using the reservation service of Hotel Ireland the user indemnifies Book
Now 365 against all third party actions or claims arising from any act or omission
pursuant to the agreement.
The listing of any premises in the site is not and should not be taken as a
recommendation from Book Now 365 or a representative that the premises will
be suitable for the user's purpose.
Book Now Limited has the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices
under which this Web site is offered. Book Now Limited has ownership of the
information contained in the site and it can not be reproduced or published
by any one without our prior consent.
