Customer Review System
Everyone who books through us is sent a follow up email questionnaire. We use this to rank the hotels on our site giving highest priority to the best hotels. Thankfully many of our customers do complete the questionnaire and at this stage we have over 10,000 reviews on our system.
Guests rate both the hotel and also to our booking service. In addition to a statistical ranking, we also get a lot of guest comments which are invaluable. These comments are forwarded to the hotels who take them very seriously.
The average score received by each hotel is displayed on the availability listings that you see when you check availability on our booking system (Use the check availability box above). You can then click on a link to “Read Reviews” to go through to the individual comments made by guests. The comments are ordered by date with the most recent reviews displayed first.
The reviews are a good way to evaluate a hotel and provide a great level of. For our part, the review system provides us with a powerful mechanism to improve the booking service that we operate. It is also an effective method to ensure the quality of the hotels that we represent.
If you do book your hotel with us (and I hope that you do!), please take the time to complete our survey following your return. Your help on this will be much appreciated and if there are any negative issues then I promise that I will address them.
In addition, we would really appreciate it if you could give us feedback on our service as well as that provided by the hotel. Whilst there is always room for improvement, I am pleased to say that most feedback we get is positive and I am particularly proud of the comments received back on our team [Read Staff Reviews].
