- My confirmation email hasn't arrived?
- If you are running an email account from a service provider, you may have filters on your account to protect it from spam. Check your junk mail folder if your email confirmation has not arrived.
Alternatively, lets look at Your booking.
- How do I cancel my booking?
- If you are cancelling a booking within the policy of your chosen hotel (i.e. if you are giving them sufficient notice), there will be no further penalty and the booking will be cancelled . If you are not giving sfficient notice, you will be charged the first nights accommodation by the hotel using the credit card you supplied on booking.
To cancel, log in to My Booking using your email address and password.
- How do I change / amend / add to my booking?
- If you would like to add on rooms to your booking, the best thing to do is go to our Main Page and check availability to make sure its available. If so, make an additional booking for the extra rooms/nights required. There is no extra charges for this (although the standard deposit will be charged as normal), where as to amend a booking may result in an amendment fee being charged to your card.
- Do I need to confirm my booking?
- No. Once your booking has been confirmed by return email with a reservation number your booking will be held in your name. Once the credit card details have been verified as valid, the room is guaranteed for you -even in the event of a late arrival.
- Can I change any personal details on my account?
- Moved house and changed address? got a new email account? You can change any of your personal details by logging into My Bookings.
- What is check in time? Will the hotel store my bags? Does my hotel include parking?
- Generally, check in time is 2pm. This may vary from hotel to hotel so please check with your selected property direct.
If you arrive at the hotel before check in time most places will have somewhere you can store your luggage until your room is ready.
With regard to parking, again please check each hotel individually for details.
